Global Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by the operator ("Service"), including but not limited to websites, applications, APIs, and related functionalities, regardless of name or form.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The operator may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or explanation, modify, add to, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service.
The operator may refuse access to the Service, restrict use, delete data or content, or suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, without obligation to provide reasons.
The operator may revise these Terms, service rules, specifications, or pricing at any time, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication.
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, or restrict features at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.
The operator is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation due to suspension or termination, except where required by applicable law.
The Service may contain adult-oriented expressions or content.
Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may access or use the Service.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, age requirements, and third-party rights in their jurisdiction.
Users shall not engage in conduct including, but not limited to:
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations
- Criminal acts or acts facilitating criminal activity
- Infringement of third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, reputation, etc.)
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or actions imposing excessive load
- Harassment, defamation, threats, or obstruction of the Service or third parties
- Any conduct deemed inappropriate by the operator in light of the Service's purpose
All rights related to the Service belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.
Users grant the operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use user-submitted content (including text, images, audio, prompts, logs, and similar data) for purposes including reproduction, modification, publication, distribution, and analysis, including machine learning.
The operator has no obligation to store or display user content and may delete it at any time.
The operator may remove, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. The operator makes no guarantee that any content will remain available.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, safety, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity.
Outputs generated by the Service, including AI-generated outputs, are provided for reference only. Users assume all responsibility for their use.
The operator shall not be responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages only.
In no event shall the operator be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, data loss, or loss of opportunity.
The operator's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to the operator during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if no payment was made).
The operator may collect and use access logs and related data for service operation, improvement, security, fraud prevention, and quality control.
The operator does not guarantee backup or data preservation and may delete data as necessary.
Users represent and warrant that they are not members of anti-social forces and have no association with such entities.
The operator may suspend or terminate access without notice if a violation is suspected.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws as determined by the operator.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court designated by the operator.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Japan Addendum
This addendum applies only to users accessing the Service from Japan as special provisions subordinate to the Global Terms of Service.
If any conflict arises between the Global Terms of Service and this addendum, this addendum shall prevail only for users accessing the Service from Japan.
The Service may include content that contains sexual expression.
Users in Japan shall access the Service with an understanding that such expressions require careful social and legal handling.
The Service does not intend to create a state where obscene materials are publicly displayed or generally viewable in Japan.
Users accessing the Service from Japan shall, at their own responsibility, take maximum care to ensure that viewing such expressions does not exceed what is permitted under Japanese law.
Users located in Japan are responsible for viewing and using content on the Service based on their own intent and judgment.
The Service does not actively provide adult content specifically targeted to Japan.
If conduct violating this addendum is identified, the operator may, without prior notice, suspend use, block access, or delete accounts.
Statement on Article 175 of the Japanese Penal Code

This statement is intended to clarify the legal and ethical position held by the operator, a Japanese entity, regarding the interpretation and application of Article 175 of the Japanese Penal Code (distribution of obscene materials).
The operator understands that Article 175 addresses the sexual meaning and public nature of expression, not merely its form (whether censored or uncensored).
Simplistic formalism such as "uncensored is always permissible" or "censored is always lawful" does not accurately reflect the legal theory of Article 175.
The operator is concerned that Article 175 is not applied in a sufficiently systematic or consistent manner in practice.
This statement does not aim to criticize specific authorities, but clarifies a position that does not ignore the tension between legal theory and enforcement.
Users should recognize that viewing adult expressions is not merely consumption but an act situated within social and legal contexts.
This statement does not ask users to disregard Japan's legal order; rather, it encourages acting with an understanding of its scope and intent.
Even when using the Service outside Japan, users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country or region.
This statement does not determine whether use outside Japan is lawful or unlawful.
This statement is not a document intended as terms, disclaimers, or a limitation of liability.
This statement is a record of the operator's legal position, made with recognition of its own legal responsibility.
